新時代集團創辦人暨主席馮永發博士獲《Business in Vancouver》最新公布的 2026年度 BC500 選為卑詩500位最具影響力的商界領袖之一，以推崇其多年來在商界及社區的卓越貢獻。
BC500 為《Business in Vancouver》每年出版的重點專刊，當中表揚在卑詩省經濟發展、產業推動及社區建設中具代表性及影響力的商界領袖。入選人士不但只在所屬專業領域表現優秀，更須獲業界肯定，並積極參與社區及公益事務，展現企業領袖的遠見、承擔與社會責任。

Dr. Thomas Fung, Founder and Chairman of Fairchild Group, has been named one of British Columbia’s 500 most influential business leaders in the newly released 2026 BC500 by Business in Vancouver, recognizing his outstanding contributions to both the business sector and the community over the years. BC500 is an annual flagship publication by Business in Vancouver, recognizing business leaders who have made a significant impact on British Columbia’s economic development, industry advancement and community building.

Dr. Fung founded Fairchild Group, whose media platforms include leading Chinese-language outlets Fairchild Television, Talentvision, Fairchild Radio and Popular Lifestyle and Entertainment Magazine. Over the years, he has led the Group in serving the local Chinese community, promoting quality Chinese-language media and fostering multicultural exchange. His business portfolio also spans information technology, retail and real estate, contributing to the economic and community development of British Columbia and Canada. His selection to BC500 highlights Dr. Fung’s remarkable achievements and lasting influence. He was also named one of Vancouver Magazine’s Power 50 most influential figures for more than ten consecutive years and was inducted into its “Power 50 Hall of Fame” in 2024.
