香港新生代人氣歌手姚焯菲 Chantel Yiu 和 Sunshine Nation 參賽者一樣，年紀輕輕便鼓起勇氣踏上比賽舞台，追尋屬於自己的歌手夢。Chantel憑著甜美清澈的聲線、真摯細膩的演繹，以及自然動人的舞台魅力，自出道以來一直深受觀眾喜愛，成為新一代備受矚目的年輕女歌手之一 。

Chantel 於無綫電視歌唱選秀節目《聲夢傳奇》第一季中嶄露頭角，並奪得亞軍佳績。她在比賽中以穩定的歌唱實力、真誠的情感表達和清新的個人風格打動觀眾。在2021年，推出首支個人單曲《原來談戀愛是這麼一回事》，正式以個人歌手身份出道。歌曲推出後反應熱烈，並獲得「國民初戀」、「小公主」等親切稱號，讓她迅速在樂壇中站穩陣腳，更以年輕新人身份獲得樂壇獎項的肯定，展現出不容忽視的音樂潛力。

同年11月，Chantel 與《聲夢傳奇》中的其中三位學員炎明熹、詹天文及鍾柔美組成女子組合 After Class，並推出歌曲《要為今日回憶》，亦讓 Chantel 在個人歌手以外，開展了另一段音樂旅程。除了在音樂方面發展亮眼，Chantel同時亦積極拓展演藝路線。在2021年12月，無綫電視青春校園歌舞電視劇《青春本我》播出，亦獲得不少讚賞，讓大家看到她在歌唱以外的演戲潛力和鏡頭前的表現力。

Hong Kong promising new star Chantel Yiu shares a similar journey with the contestants of Sunshine Nation. At a young age, she courageously stepped onto the competition stage to pursue her dream of becoming a singer. With her sweet and crystal-clear voice, heartfelt interpretation, and natural stage presence, Chantel has become one of the most beloved young female singers of the new generation.

Chantel first gained public attention as the first runner-up of TVB’s singing competition “Stars Academy”. In 2021, she released her first solo single, “So, This is Love,” officially making her debut as a solo artist. The song received an enthusiastic response and helped her quickly establish herself in the music industry. In the same year, she formed the girl group After Class with three other STARS Academy contestants and released “Present For Future,” opening another chapter in her music journey.

近年 Chantel 憑多首電視歌曲打動觀眾，主唱無綫電視人氣處境劇《愛．回家之開心速遞》主題曲《這個家》，以溫暖細膩的旋律和歌聲，唱出家庭、陪伴與歸屬感，並深受不同年齡層觀眾喜愛，成為她音樂事業中的重要代表作品之一。

在舞台與學業之間，Chantel 同樣展現出令人欣賞的努力與自律。2023年，姚焯菲遠赴紐西蘭升學同時兼顧演藝事業，每逢暑假都回港參與不同演出。2025年Chantel入讀美國著名高等學府紐約大學，修讀Music Business 音樂商業課程，象徵她以更廣闊的國際視野，繼續探索音樂產業及個人藝術發展更多的可能性。

在2025年7月，Chantel發佈她首次參與作曲作品《KMC》，展現歌唱以外對音樂創作的探索與成長。 從《聲夢傳奇》的比賽舞台，到參與個人單曲作曲，Chantel 的成長旅程完美反映新一代追夢者的勇氣、努力與無限潛力。

Beyond music, Chantel has also explored acting through TVB’s youth musical drama “Forever Young At Heart,” where her performance received positive feedback from audiences. She later touched many viewers with “This Home,” the theme song for the popular TVB sitcom “Come Home Love: Lo and Behold”, which became one of her representative works.

Balancing both performing and academics, Chantel graduated with Academic High Distinction at the end of 2024 and began studying Music Business at New York University in 2025. In July 2025, she released her new radio single “KMC,” marking the first time she participated in composing one of her own radio singles.
