關燈一小時，真的可以改變世界！

Earth Hour (地球一小時)是一個全球性的環保行動，每年三月最後一個星期六，晚上 8 時 30 分，邀請大家一起關燈一小時，為地球發聲。

從2007 年開始，已經有超過 180個國家和地區加入這個行動，今年剛剛邁進20週年。一個小小「關燈」動作，其實是在提醒我們,地球，真的需要好好被照顧。

Earth Hour 鼓勵大家「Give an hour for Earth」,可以是節約用電、走進大自然，或是放下手機，和家人一起享受沒有電子產品的時光。

3 月 28 日 星期六 晚上 8:30 pm，讓我們一起用一小時，為地球多做一點。改變，就從這一小時開始！

Turning off the lights for just one hour can really change the world！
Earth Hour is a global environmental movement held every year on the last Saturday of March at 8:30 PM, inviting everyone to switch off their lights for one hour and show support for the planet.

Since it began in 2007, more than 180 countries and regions have taken part in this initiative. This year marks its 20th anniversary. A simple act like turning off the lights is actually a reminder that our Earth truly needs care and attention.
Earth Hour encourages everyone to “Give an hour for Earth” — whether it’s saving electricity, spending time in nature, or putting down your phone and enjoying device-free moments with family.
On Saturday, March 28 at 8:30 PM, let’s dedicate one hour to doing a little more for our planet. Change starts with this one hour.
